Trauma ⎸ Substance Use ⎸ EMDR

A female trauma therapist in Bend, OR with shoulder-length blonde hair standing outdoors near a body of water, with houses and trees in the background under a cloudy sky.

Trauma can quietly shape how you think, feel, and cope—often long after the event itself has passed. You may know why you feel the way you do, yet still feel stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who you truly are. When trauma coexists with substance use, anxiety, mood disorders, or other concerns, healing can feel overwhelming.

You’re not broken—and you don’t have to face this alone.

Welcome! My name is Meghan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and EMDR-trained therapist providing trauma-informed therapy for adults in Oregon. My work focuses on helping individuals heal from trauma and navigate the complex relationship between mental health and substance use.

I am a trauma therapist, also specializing in dual diagnosis, supporting clients who feel stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences, chronic stress, or survival-based coping strategies. These patterns often develop for a reason—but over time, they can begin to feel limiting or misaligned with the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in honesty, with room for humor and real-life relatability along the way. Healing unfolds at a pace that feels manageable and empowering—not rushed or overwhelming. Using EMDR therapy and other evidence-based practices, I help clients process traumatic experiences, build healthier coping skills, and reconnect with a sense of safety, self-trust, and empowerment.

I offer fully virtual therapy for adults age 18 and older throughout Oregon. My goal is to create a supportive space where healing feels possible and change feels sustainable.
